North East Lake is a neighborhood in the East Lake community of Birmingham. Anchored by East Lake Park, the neighborhood is adjacant to the neighborhoods of Woodlawn, Wahouma, South East Lake, Roebuck, Zion City, and Airport Hills. East Lake emerged as a neighboring incorporated area to Birmingham. It was annexed into Birmingham in 1910.
